• Account Information: If you create an account to sync your projects across devices, we collect your email address and basic account authentication details.
• User Generated Creative Content: This includes all material inventories you log (manual or barcode scanned), project plans you create, material allocation records, photos you add to project timelines, personal notes, and milestone updates you save to your Palletix account.
• Usage Information: We collect non-personal usage data such as app features you use, session length, device type, operating system, and crash logs to help us improve performance and fix bugs.
• Location Information: We only collect approximate location data with your permission, if you enable location tagging for your workspace or materials.

3. How We Use Your Information

We only use your information to deliver and improve the Palletix experience you expect:

• To deliver core Palletix features: enabling barcode scanning for supplies, maintaining your up-to-date material inventory, triggering low-supply alerts, syncing your project timelines across all your devices, and keeping all your creative work organized in one place.
• To improve and optimize our service for all types of handcraft, from woodworking and knitting to jewelry making and home renovations.
• To communicate important updates, service notifications, and respond to your support requests.
• To protect the security and integrity of our service, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms of use.

We will never access or use your personal project content for advertising or any other unrelated purposes without your explicit consent.

We retain your account information and creative content for as long as you maintain an active Palletix account. If you choose to delete your account, we will delete all your personal data and content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by applicable law.

Palletix is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or service. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email, and the updated policy will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of Palletix after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
