Palletix User Agreement

Palletix is the ultimate digital organizer designed for makers, DIY enthusiasts, and creative minds. Our service helps you manage material inventories, track active projects, and streamline your entire creative workflow—from concept to completion. By accessing or using Palletix, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document.

You may use the core features of the Palletix application without creating a user account. This agreement applies to all use, whether logged in or not.

Palletix provides a digital platform for organizing creative projects and materials. Key functionalities include:

• Inventory Management: Log supplies by scanning barcodes or entering details manually. Maintain a centralized stock of materials like paint, fabric, beads, and tools.
• Project Planning: Create dedicated project plans, allocate materials from your existing stock, and track real-time usage.
• Smart Alerts: Receive notifications when your supply levels for specific materials are running low.
• Progress Visualization: Add photos and notes to each project's timeline to document and celebrate milestones.

We continuously strive to improve and may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion to enhance the user experience.

You agree to use Palletix responsibly and only for its intended purpose: organizing personal or small-scale creative projects. Specifically, you agree not to:

1. Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
2. Upload, store, or share content that is infringing, abusive, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
3. Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or overload the integrity or performance of Palletix.
4. Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the service without explicit permission.
5. Misrepresent the source or ownership of any content you add to your projects.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these use guidelines.

You retain all rights to the project plans, photos, notes, and inventory data you create or upload to Palletix ("Your Content").

By using Palletix, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and technically process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content from our systems.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. We do not claim ownership over your creative projects or material lists.

The Palletix application, including its design, user interface, features, logos, trademarks, and all underlying source code, is the exclusive property of Palletix and its licensors. This agreement grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial creative organization.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit these restrictions.

We strive to keep Palletix available and functioning smoothly. However, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Palletix is a tool for organization and planning. We are not responsible for the outcomes of your projects, the accuracy of your inventory counts, or any decisions you make based on information within the app. The smart alert feature for low supplies is a convenience tool and should not be solely relied upon for critical project planning.

We may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or user feedback. The updated version will be posted within the Palletix application or on our official channels.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this agreement will indicate when the latest changes were made. Your continued use of Palletix after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
